POLICIES!

Welcome to Our Policies

Thank you for choosing us for your healthcare needs. Our policies are designed to facilitate efficient and effective care for all our patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Policies Overview

Below, you’ll find our general policies. For more detailed information on our terms and conditions, privacy practices, and cookie usage, please refer to the following:

Voice Mail

For your convenience, we offer voicemail to avoid extended hold times during busy periods. Feel free to leave a message, and we’ll respond promptly. If you need immediate assistance, you may press (0) at any time to connect directly with the operator.

Insurance Cards

To ensure accurate billing, please present your insurance card at every visit. If you cannot present your card, you will need to cover the cost of your visit at the time of service.

Payment for Services

Payment, including co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance, is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks for your convenience.

Scheduled Appointments

  • First-Time Visits: If you are a new patient, please bring all current medications in their original bottles, placed in a plastic bag for easy access.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for registration.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us the day before your appointment. Missed appointments may incur a fee.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling.

Prescription Refills

Refills should be requested during your scheduled appointments or by calling the prescription refill line within office hours. Refills are processed within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please avoid walk-ins solely for refills. Narcotics, anxiety medication, and controlled substances must be prescribed by your primary care physician and will not be handled by on-call physicians.

Labs and Facilities

While our staff will assist you in identifying in-network labs and facilities when possible, it is ultimately your responsibility to confirm which labs and facilities are covered by your insurance provider.
